If you have not received any acceptance of abstract email by 19 April 2016, please contact the Paper Management Team at erizw@nus.edu.sg.

Please note that GCCES 2016 requires every accepted abstract to be linked to a conference registration by one of the paper authors. Registration details are updated at:

Authors must register and pay their registration fees before or by 5 June 2016 in order for their abstracts to be included in the final conference programme.

Please book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

Apart from visitors from some countries, most foreigners coming into Singapore do not require visas for entry and may be given up to 30-day social visit passes upon their arrival in Singapore. However, it is best to consult your local consular office or travel agent for the latest information with regards to coming into Singapore. If you need an invitation letter, please email your name, organization and paper ID to erizw@nus.edu.sg. Please note that invitation letters will only be issued to those registered authors.
