Dear Colleagues

We are pleased to invite you to the 8th Global Chinese Chemical Engineering Symposium (GCCES 2016; ) scheduled from 20-22 July 2016 in the National University of Singapore (NUS). GCCES 2016 will be hosted by NUS, in collaboration with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers Singapore Local Section (AIChE SLS).

The previous GCCES 2015 conference (, hosted by Tianjin University, School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, was successfully held in Tianjin, China in July 2015, with numerous positive feedbacks from the delegates on both the technical and social programmes. The discussion of various interesting topics in this conference had promoted interdisciplinary exchange of ideas amongst professionals.

We would like to continue to make a good effort this year in Singapore to organize another very successful conference, with a target conference size of 150 delegates from all around the world. This conference will examine research and development both locally and internationally. In GCCES 2016, the topics will include but not limited to:

  • Biomolecular and Biomedical Science
  • Chemical Engineering Processes and Systems
  • Catalysis and Reaction Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering Education
  • Chemical Engineering Science
  • Environmental Benign Processes and Sustainability
  • Functional Materials
  • Membrane Technology
  • Molecular Computations in Chemical Engineering
  • Polymer Science and Engineering
Your expertise and experience in the field of chemical engineering will be an excellent addition to our programme. It is an honour and privilege to invite you to participate in this conference. You can submit your abstract to GCCES2016 by the following URL: We look forward to receiving your participation to the conference.

Yours Sincerely,
